This is Adi's Story

Adi and I met via my Facebook network. Adi's husband and I had known each other from mutual friends over many years and I was interested to chat with them being that they would represent, in a way my ‘circle’ of people from the northern inner city suburbs in Melbourne.

Isabel was just 9 weeks old when Adi let my camera and I into their warm and lovely Preston house. Adi is a psychologist and had some excellent observations about how she was managing being a new mum. Adi practices mindfulness in her day to day life and also teaches it as part of her work and she had some excellent tips on how to cope with sleep deprivation.
